Shipping policy

At Liora Studio, we are committed to delivering premium, made-to-order essentials safely across India. Because each piece is printed specifically for you, our process is divided into two stages: Production and Shipping.

1. Order Processing & Production

  • Made-to-Order: Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue.
  • Timeline: Production typically takes 2–4 business days.
  • Schedule: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has moved from production to shipping.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 6–9 business days.
  • Note: These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery). Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Transparency: There are no hidden charges or additional handling fees at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you:

  • A Tracking Number via email and SMS.
  • A direct link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate. Liora Studio is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Failed Attempts: Our courier partners usually make three delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply to send the item back out.

6. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or severely damaged:

  • Action: Please refuse the delivery and do not sign for the package.
  • Reporting: Contact us immediately at support@liorastudio.in with a photo of the exterior packaging. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive COD orders.
