  • Production: You acknowledge that Liora Studio operates on a made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) model. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product availability at any time without prior notice. All prices are in INR (₹).

4. Orders & Payment Security

By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing inaccuracies.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Timelines: Shipping estimates provided at checkout are goals, not guarantees.
  • Liability: Liora Studio is not responsible for delays caused by our logistics partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery), natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Intellectual Property

  • Returns: All sales are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
  • Ownership: All content on this website—including the Liora Studio logo, minimalist graphics, text, and product photography—is the exclusive property of Liora Studio. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liora Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
